Happy 140th Birthday Gandhi!!

Today marks the 140th birthday year for Gandhi.

Gandhi was born October 2nd 1869 in Porbandar, a small town on the west coast of India.
He died January 30th, 1948 at the age of 79.

I object to violence because when it appears to do good, the good is only temporary; the evil it does is permanent.

Take a few moments out of your day today and refresh your memory on how powerful the act of nonviolence can be.
